Water soluble soy isoflavone

Normal soy isoflavone has a very low solubility in water and has unfavorable taste and odor, which greatly restricts its application in many fields. The water soluble soy isoflavone we produce has a very high solubility in water without any undesired taste and odor. It is also expected to have greater physiological activity due to its high solubility in water.

Features

  1. It has a very high solubility and can dissolve in water to make a clear liquid.
  2. It does not have any unfavorable taste or odor.
  3. It will not give any precipitate even after being kept below 0°C after a long period.
  4. It is compatible with the coagulants, such as CaCl2 , Calcium Lactic, etc. However, normal soy isoflavone can not.

Application

  1. It is suitable for any formula, such as capsule, soft capsule.
  2. It is especially suitable for clear beverage and oral tablet.

Instruction

  1. Dissolve the water soluble soy isoflavone with hot water while stirring, then cool the liquid to room temperature, and filter the liquid to make a clear liquid.
  2. Blend the water soluble soy isoflavone with other nutritious additives, and then process as required to produce the desired formula.
